Valentines Day Dinner

Wildflower will be serving a three course menu constructed by Chef Brittany promptly at 7p.m.. The cost is $65 00 plus tax and gratuity. If you would like to add a steak to your salmon dinner or visa versa there will be a $15 up charge.

Rolls with gorgonzola butter

Starter: 

  • Pear gorgonzola salad with pomegranate vinaigrette dressing
  • Paired with Convergence Zone Pinot Gris

Entrée: 

  • Salmon with grape Bearnaise sauce
  • Rice Pilaf
  • Zucchini
  • Paired with Gingko Forest Botanicals

AAAHHH! There is an added bonus, for $30.00 I will come to your table for a private wine consultation for your future events and will send you home with a personal selected wine of my choice and a bit of chocolate. Please respond with bonus round and I will put that with your reservation.
